Salewa Trekking & Hiking Footwear 00-0000063432 Editorial Review
The Men’s Ms Alp Trainer Mid Gore-tex Trekking & Hiking Boots have garnered predominantly positive reviews from outdoor enthusiasts, with many praising their comfort, support, and lightweight design. Users reported a seamless transition from older footwear, with several noting the boots' performance across various terrains, from snow to rocky trails. Customers appreciated the exceptional grip and stability they provided, especially in challenging environments like the Dolomites and Dolomites. Despite some concerns regarding waterproofing, particularly with reports of water ingress during stream crossings, most users felt the boots adequately kept their feet dry in snow and less severe wet conditions. Fit was a focal point, with many satisfied that choosing a half-size larger lent to a comfortable experience, even for those with wider feet. However, there were some mentions of durability issues after extended use, such as heel detachment and a few instances of the soles making unusual noises, which raised questions about the overall quality and long-term performance. While many users expressed trust in Salewa’s craftsmanship, there were mixed feelings concerning the waterproof capabilities and durability, especially for a high-end brand. The boots were generally recommended for their comfort and grip, but potential buyers may want to Consider the possible need for careful attention to avoid water exposure. **
