La Petite Creme French All-Natural Diaper Balm is a healing and nourishing diaper cream that is USDA certified organic. Customers have used this product for babies from infancy through 2 or 3 years old. Although it is not great for prevention as it is a lighter cream and not much of a barrier cream, it has excellent healing properties. Users have sworn by its ability to clear up rashes quickly, with noticeable improvement after the first day of use and complete clearance within 3-5 applications. Calcium hydroxide is added to the cream to act as a natural disinfectant and to balance the pH in the diaper area. The lotion is thinner and less effective at healing skin rash/irritation in comparison to the balm.
