The Geared Bypass Lopper is a durable and effective tool for pruning and trimming. Customers have praised its ability to cut through large limbs with ease, despite having shorter handles than expected. The lopper is made with high-quality materials and is designed to reduce effort when cutting. It is especially useful for individuals with arthritis, as it is easy to use and requires less strength to operate. One customer mentioned that the loppers are particularly effective when working on bushes or trees that permit full opening. They are able to cut well and have proven to be a valuable tool. Another reviewer praised the Olmsted Forge brand, noting that the use of bolts and industrial rivets instead of flat bearings ensures the longevity of the product. The compact size and all-metal Construction of the Geared Bypass Lopper make it a popular choice among customers. It is lightweight and easy to carry, making it convenient to use during outdoor activities such as deer season. Customers have found that it performs flawlessly, effortlessly taking down 1-inch branches and vines.
