DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
Seydel Harmonica (10330LC)
About This Item
Introducing the Seydel Harmonica 10330LC - Key of Low C ORCHESTRA S Session Steel Harmonica! Are you an aspiring musician looking to create beautiful melodies with a harmonica? Look no further! The Seydel Harmonica 10330LC is the perfect instrument for you. This harmonica is a 10-hole, solo-tuned harmonica that offers a wide range of notes. All notes from the major scale are available throughout a two-and-a-half octave range, similar to a chromatic harmonica.
However, the ORCHESTRA S Session Steel Harmonica takes it a step further. With this harmonica, the root note is found in hole 3-blow instead of hole 1-blow like in traditional harmonicas. This placement allows you to hit the missing notes in the lower register without having to use bending techniques. The root note of the diatonic major scale is marked on the coverplate, making it an ideal instrument for soloing. The ORCHESTRA S Session Steel Harmonica is designed to be compact and durable.
Its ten-hole design makes it easy to take your melodies anywhere, whether you're performing on stage or practicing at home. The stainless-steel reeds, coverplates, and screws ensure unparalleled durability, outlasting brass-reed models by up to five times. The anti-corrosive German-silver reedplates and lip-friendly, translucent carmine red plastic comb (ABS) make this harmonica a joy to play. Not only is this harmonica great for blues players, but it's also perfect for beginners and seasoned musicians alike.
Blues harmonica players will appreciate the extended major scale in the lower register, allowing them to play minor pieces with a sound similar to solos played on a chromatic harmonica. Seasoned blues players will find all the notes of the blues scale, bringing soul and color to their improvisations. Seydel Harmonicas 10330LC Editorial Review
Seydel Harmonica (10330LC) offers over two octaves of the C major scale, making it a convenient choice for beginners who prefer major key melodies. Many users appreciate its rich sound and sturdy feel, often highlighting the modern plastic comb which reduces mouth discomfort and grime. The stainless steel reeds are praised for their durability and fine tuning, providing enhanced control and dynamics. However, some users had issues with tuning and construction quality, receiving harmonicas that were out of tune or inconsistently assembled. Overall, it seems to be a good option for those transitioning from diatonic to chromatic harmonicas or seeking a portable instrument for light song playing.
