CAP Roman Chairs FM-CS707 Editorial Review
CAP Barbell Strength Hyperextension is a solid addition to any home gym, offering effective support for posterior chain strength improvement and minor lower back rehabilitation. Users appreciate its sturdy construction and ease of assembly, making it suitable for a variety of users, even those over 300 pounds, thanks to its 300-pound weight capacity. While the padding is noted to be somewhat thin, which some users addressed with additional pillows or towels, the overall functionality remains strong, providing a stable platform during exercises. Its compact dimensions make it preferable for those with limited floor space, enhancing its usability in smaller setups.
