They found it fairly sturdy and after researching and watching a video tutorial, they were able to successfully assemble it. The only downside mentioned was that the doors are difficult to open and close, and the top access is unreachable for shorter individuals without a step ladder. On the other hand, several customers experienced difficulties with assembly. Some found it very hard to put together and even broke pieces in the process. Another customer mentioned that it was next to impossible to assemble without a hammer. They also had issues with the manufacturer not providing replacement parts and blaming the retailer. Additionally, one customer received a dirty cage with stains that resembled rust marks. They tried to clean it but the stains appeared permanent. This was their first time receiving a dirty product, as they had previously ordered from a different site. Another customer had a particularly frustrating experience, having to reorder the cage four times. The first time, the parts were defective and couldn't be put together, and the third time, their cage got damaged during a move and the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. They found the cage flimsy and poorly made, but needed the space for their five ferrets. Overall, the reception of this cage is mixed, with some customers finding it suitable for their ferrets and others experiencing difficulties with assembly and receiving dirty/defective products.
