The CHEFMADE Baking and Cooling Rack is a sturdy and durable product. The non-stick coating allows for easy cleaning and it can withstand temperatures up to 428 degrees Fahrenheit. There were some concerns about food sticking to the rack after a certain number of uses. The grid spacing is half an inch, and it is recommended to use the rack with a baking tray measuring 13 inches or greater. It is not recommended to use the rack as a stand-alone in the Instant Omni plus, as it may damage the non-stick coating. The product is made in China but meets European and American standards and has FDA certification. Overall customers were happy, especially with the size and fit of the rack.
