Borgeson Drag Links Editorial Review
Borgeson 990003 Drag Link provides an excellent solution for early Mustangs and Cougars looking to eliminate the outdated power assist systems. This product is particularly beneficial for those who may not have the budget to convert to a later model power assist steering unit with additional components. Reviewers appreciate how seamlessly it fits into existing setups, especially for models like the 1968 Mustang and Ford Maverick, without any operational issues reported. One vital note is that converting from power to manual will require adjusting to a heavier steering effort, making it crucial to consider the steering wheel size and tire width for optimal handling.
