Answer: I've 4 Seconda watches and the strap lengths vary quite a bit but all fit me fine. I can only suggest you ask before you buy if you need a special size? -

Answer: I would think so as the strap is on spindles. I haven't needed to change mine but can't forsee a problem if the need should arise. Hope this helps. -
