The Adjustable Boxing Reflex Ball Trainer is a great tool for in-home training, with customizable height and easy assembly. One downside is that it does not include wall mounting hardware, which must be purchased separately. The product is not designed to have attachments added to it. The built quality is very solid, but support mounting is required, and the mounting plate does not allow for direct-to-stud spacing. There have been some issues with the bearings causing a vibrating noise, but a small piece of tape seems to have solved the issue. Despite this, customers love the product, especially for those who don't have access to sparring or sparring partners.
