The difference in stimulation levels between the mini et 300 and the boss et 800 is that the latter has a larger and stronger receiver with a 1-mile range. This collar does not allow for vibrating or shocking two dogs at the same time, but it is not a shock collar and is shock-resistant. One important tip with this collar is for dogs not to equate it with the stimulation. Customers report that this collar has transformed their dog's behavior and saved their dog's life in a humane way. However, when not used correctly and intermittently, the collar can set back training.
