Leki poles are a great choice for those who enjoy walking or hiking on unpaved surfaces. They have a light alloy or aluminum shaft which is adjustable and can be easily maneuvered on any uneven ground. The cork and plastic infill handle provides a comfortable grip and the clamps on the telescoping shafts are quick to adjust. However, for hard slick surfaces, rubber stoppers should be added. The Leki poles are made in the Czech Republic and come in pairs. They are not carbon-made and are retracted to about 26". Unfortunately, they do not come with a carry bag but are very convenient to travel with due to their lightweight.
